Processing Time

Ready-to-ship cards and prints are packaged and shipped within 2–4 business days of your order. Custom art requests follow a separate timeline discussed by email once your commission is confirmed.

Shipping Cost & Method

Orders ship via USPS. A flat shipping rate of $5 is applied at checkout — orders of $50 or more ship free. Shipping cost is calculated automatically in your cart before you check out.

Delivery Estimate

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. We're not able to guarantee exact delivery dates, as this is ultimately up to USPS.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like a custom piece, email us and we'll see what we can arrange.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email us a photo (for damage) or your order confirmation within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
